Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Packages:
Packages can be purchased instore only. Please just book your appointment. Your credit card is used to secure the booking. Payment can be made on the day.
- If you purchase a Colon Hydrotherapy package you will save an amount according to the chosen package. There is no refund on packages and they are not transferable to other individuals or for other treatments.
- If you purchase a Cocoon Infrared Sauna package you will save an amount according to the chosen package. There is no refund on packages but they are transferable to family or friends.
- Packages have an expiration date of between 3 and 6 months from date of purchase.
- 48 hours’ notice is required for any package appointment cancellations. If you cancel an appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
- You agree to these terms and conditions by purchasing the package.
Notification Timeframe:
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellation Fee:
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
- In the case of a pre-paid treatment, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.
- We do not refund for change of mind.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
Late Arrivals:
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment duration to ensure subsequent appointments are not delayed. Full charges will still apply.
Rescheduling:
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
Payment:
Cash is preferred. Credit card fees apply.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not provided for services rendered.
IMPORTANT – ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND UNDERSTANDING:
CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE CANCELLATION POLICY PRIOR TO CONFIRMING THEIR APPOINTMENTS. BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, CLIENTS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY.
